The A Safe Life app allows you to practice the practical execution of life-saving first aid maneuvers using a simple home pillow instead of traditional and expensive training dummies.Thanks to an innovative and patented software, the A Safe Life app is able to take advantage of the accelerometric sensor present in any smartphone in order to detect the correct range of motion, not only of the Heimlich anti-suffocation maneuver but also of the heart massage.Just hold the phone in your hands or cling to your forearm with a simple and inexpensive smartphone jogging strap, as shown in the video tutorials in the app.In the event that during the exercise the life-saving maneuvers are performed correctly, the app will give the user a successful feedback, in case of incorrect execution the app will invite the user to try again.
All the results of the tutorials are reported in the "Checking the Results" section.The app also contains a video course on emergencies consisting of 4 videos.
In this course, the user receives knowledge on the basic approach to general first aid for both the newborn, the child and the adult.Finally, the app, through the "Emergencies" section, allows you to contact local medical units and request assistance / intervention.
